Bank of America announces it will donate $500,000 to the Enoch Pratt Free Library. This donation will help to provide wireless Internet to the Pratt giving people access to critical information and improving technology in five of the branch libraries.

 

Susquehanna Bank is planning to consolidate its three bank subsidiaries into one to improve efficiency and to save money. The move will not mean big changes for customers and no branches will close. Susquehanna employs 575 people in Maryland and 285 in the Greater Baltimore Area.
