McCormick & Company, Inc. has agreed to acquire Polish spice and seasoning maker Kamis S.A. for $291 million, adding to a string of international expansion moves for the company.

Hats off to Bernie Dancel, President of Ascend One Corp. He was honored with the Jim Greenfield Award for Compassionate Leadership by the Arc of Howard County.

Bob Ward Companies says goodbye to their president, Linda Veach. Veach retires after 16 years with the company and 30 years in the home building industry.

  • Kristen Witworth, VP of Corporate and Institutional Banking, PNC Bank, handles large corporate health clients with revenues of more than $50 million. Additionally, she volunteers at a pre-kindergarten classroom.  
  • Teresa Rogers, Credit Portfolio Manager, SunTrust Bank, works with businesses on financing requests of up to $50 million by evaluating their needs and financial ability to develop a plan. Rogers volunteer with the Baltimore Symphony Orchesta's Orchkids program and the American Red Cross.
