Reverse Mortgages can help people on fixed incomes supplement their retirement income or pay for things like home repairs, prescriptions and medical care. CCCS' experienced counselors can provide personal counseling to help you decide if a Reverse Mortgage is right for you.
To qualify, the home owner must be at least 62 years old and live in the home for the majority of the year. CCCS’ housing services are all HUD-approved, and reverse counseling sessions normally cost $125.00.
