In 2009, the single most common frustration reported to BBB about BBB was our phone system and the challenge to reach a ‘live person.’ Well, we haven’t added to our staff, but thanks to Cavalier Telephone, we now have a modern phone system and are better able to route calls to the right person. It’s not perfect, and we’re not perfect, but we hope it’s making it easier to talk to an expert.
