In the past 5 years, Studio She a BBB Accredited Business in Frederick, has worked with local and national cancer groups to promote positivity and beauty during the recovery process. Hello Gorgeous, a non-profit based in Indiana that works with women battling all types of cancer, recently choose Studio She Salon as the only Mid-Atlantic salon affiliate to provide two free Days of Beauty per month to cancer patients for the next two years!
As a result, Studio She will provide complimentary, professional makeovers and cosmetic education. Recipients must be nominated by a friend, family member or business. Winners are selected by Hello Gorgeous. Each month, two winners will be surprised with a curbside greeting including flowers, chocolates, and a big, "Hello, Gorgeous!" The cancer patient receives a full Day of Beauty that includes a manicure, pedicure, facial, and seated massage, as well as, new makeup instruction. Additionally, hair care (or hair substitution) methods, advantageous to her individual needs are provided.
The monthly winners receive all services and education free of charge. Studio She will kick-off their partnership with Hello Gorgeous at their Grand Event on September 17th.
