The value of horses helping people on a personal level has been known for many years. Now, thanks to The Horse Inspired Growth & Learning Center, companies are discovering the powerful nature of the horse and how they are able to help them create healthier work relationships that ultimately lead to business success.
Maryland Chamber of Commerce and Whiting-Turner were listed in the February 12, 2010 issue of the Baltimore Business Journal’s POWER 20 for their business successes and community contributions. Both organizations were honored by the publication and the business community in an awards ceremony last month.
Local Southwest Airline employees recently collected more than 500 men's, women's and children's coats and distributed them to three local charities. The coats were donated by Southwest employees from across the country and collected at the BWI Southwest pilot lounge, operations department, customer service and inflight offices at BWI.
