 Maryland College Savings plan has hired Devaney & Associates as their new advertiser agency of record. According to the Baltimore Business Journal, Devaney will assist the College Savings Plans of Maryland’s marketing team to promote its two programs available to Maryland residents.

Merritt Properties has closed a deal to buy 36 acres in Aberdeen. Merritt plans to develop a $60 million office park to accomodate a growing population of military workers.

Services of Distinction has been named WeddingWire Rated 2010 for wedding officiants/ celebrants. WeddingWire Rated is an annual award program for wedding professionals based on hundreds of thousands of recent wedding reviews.

Mr. Basement's corporate headquarters collected 1,000 lbs if non-perishable food donations for their local food bank in the first week of a food drive that will run througout the highschool football season. 

In June, McCormick and Company announced their plans to buy back 400 million dollars in shares of its outstanding stock. McCormick Chairman, President & CEO, Alan Wilson said: “During the past five years, we have returned more than $1 billion of cash to our shareholders through dividends and share repurchases. Today’s actions reflect our outlook for the continued growth of our business as well as our commitment to provide cash returns to our shareholders.”


Congratulations to Rule4 for winning the title as Baltimore's Best Contractor Website in a public election conducted by the Examiner Newspaper. Receiving 49 percent of the vote between five finalists, Rule4 is recognized for the success in their website's design, content, interactivity and ease of use.
