BBB Tops Competition in Media Mentions
The Internet provides a bevy of outlets by which consumers and the media can. Despite the birth of Johnny-come-latley sites like Angie's list and others, statistics show BBB is still the "go to" source for information on businesses in our area and across the country. As a trusted source, the media is tapping BBB for advice and issues regarding customer service.
For the first six months of 2008, BBB averaged 2,155 instances of news mentions while Angie's list averaged 161 media mentions. In August Greater MD ranked 12th in country for most news coverage, proving our local media does Start With Trust at your BBB.
