While your business may be budgeting for an online strategy to start the New Year, remember, your BBB is here to help. In addition to many other benefits, your accreditation works to enhance your online presence. 1) Check Your Type of Business Categories
Did you know that your BBB has over 5,000 types of business listings? Do you know if all of your product/service categories are listed on your Business Review? When a consumer contacts BBB searching for specific products or services in your industry, we want to be sure you – a BBB Accredited Business – will be found.
To check your current listings, visit your company’s business review on bbb.org. Then, scroll to the bottom to view “Business Categories.” If you wish to include additional categories, please send requests to email@example.com.

Adding the BBB Accredited Business logo to your website gives buyers confidence that your business is one they can trust. With one click, customers can check out your positive track record and rating on bbb.org. To install the logo:
If you do not know your company ID, contact your business relations hotline: 410-400-4BBB. Eligibility guidelines apply.
3) Add photos/videos to your Business Review
As an accredited business, your company has access to exclusive enhancements, including the ability to post up to 20 photos and 3 videos on your Business Review. By adding content, you’ll enhance search engine results and give customers information that they want.
BBB recommends displaying photos of staff members, office locations, projects and products. Photos and videos are intended to make customers aware of your products and services. They should not be considered be advertisements. To add content, visit your business review and click “login” at the top right corner. New users will need to create a password.
