The subscription fee is an ongoing charge via credit card and can be canceled at anytime after the minimum monthly commitment (below). Payments will be refunded as long as cancellation is received by phone (800-597-9159) or by email (garrett@bbbonlineservices.com) within seven (7) days of next payment. Once canceled, website will be removed from the internet. Your personalized domain can be transferred to a new host at anytime (refer to “Personalized Domain” section below). If at any point business is no longer a BBB Accredited Business, monthly pricing will increase to $125 per month.

Personalized DomainA domain name is a label that identifies the location - or address - of a website on the internet, and directs web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) just like a street address on an envelope. Publishing your website and receiving emails at your company’s own unique domain name conveys the impression of a well-established, professional firm, so you can compete more efficiently with larger companies. Registration of one domain is included, and our web advisers will help you find an available domain that is unique to your business. You can purchase multiple domains that direct to one website, contact us (800-597-9159) to inquire about upgrading your account. If you decide to cancel your account, we will continue to host your domain for 30 days at no cost in order for you to keep your unique domain address. In this time you can simply transfer your domain to another hosting company (i.e. GoDaddy.com).

StorageAs our advisers create your website with the images, text, documents, and any other content you provide, we store the files on a secure web server that allows visitors to view your website 24 hours a day. To give you an idea how much space you might need, and average single web page from our template gallery uses about 0.4MB (400K) of storage space. High-resolution images, audio, and multimedia files generally use a lot more space than text files. Your account includes 500MB of total storage space - that is 240 times the size of the average complete site of our template gallery. BandwidthBandwidth (data transfer) is the amount of information visitors can download (and upload, if you website contains forms) from your website over a specified period of time. When a visitor views a page on your website, the text and images that make up that page travel from our server to their computer via the internet. The bandwidth included with your account is the maximum volume of data that can be transferred to and from your website in a month. Number of PagesA web page displays information (text, graphics, audio and/or video) in the window of a web browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari) in a format that can scrolled, viewed, printed, or saved like any other single document. Multiple web pages are linked together under a single domain name to form a website. If you need to present a lot of information on your site, it is best to present it as several short web pages organized by topic and sub-topics. This ensures each pages downloads quickly, and visitors are not overwhelmed with information. As a general guideline, we recommend keeping each web page less than 100KB in size, and under one and a half to two screens long, and our web advisers will help you through this process. Email Addresses with your domainDomain-Branded email accounts will send and receive email under your company’s unique domain, and emails can be read on any web browser using a third party email software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) or forwarded to your existing email account.
